These seven delicious recipes will cool you down on those warm spring days and nights but won't have you compromising on flavor or fun. Enjoy!

 

1. NA Spicy Grapefruit Margarita


Everybody loves a spicy margarita and even through there’s no tequila in this drink, it still packs a punch! Bittersweet grapefruit and a hint of jalapeño pairs perfectly with Spiritless’ NA tequila that delivers “all the flavor and feels of your favorite tequila.” For extra points, rim your glass with a small amount of honey and coarse salt (Red Clay Spicy Margarita Salt is our favorite). Spicy Grapefruit Margarita Mocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
2oz Mixly Grapefruit Jalapeño
1.5oz Spiritless Jalisco 55
Honey (optional for salted rim base)
Red Clay Margarita Salt (or any coarse salt for rim)
Lime (for garnish)

Instructions:
Shake with ice, then strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass rimmed with red clay spicy margarita salt. Garnish with a lime wheel.

 

2. Non Alcoholic Cucumber Tonic Highball

Crisp, light and refreshing—you’ll love this subtle yet complex mocktail. Our Cucumber Mint Lime Mixly blends seamlessly with Top Note’s premium Indian Tonic Water. This delicious and simple mocktail is a little earthy, with bright notes of citrus. To add a little sumpin’ sumpin’, enjoy with a cucumber garnish or even a bit of citrus peel to make it an extra aromatic experience.

Ingredients:
2oz Mixly Cucumber Mint Lime
3-4oz Top Note Indian Tonic Water
Cucumber or lime peel for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice, add Mixly Cucumber Mint Lime, then top with 3-4oz of top note Indian Tonic Water, stir and garnish with a cucumber ribbon.

 

3. Non Alcoholic Blueberry Sage Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:
2oz Mixly Blueberry Lemon Sage
1.5oz Spiritless Kentucky 74
Lemon (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
Shake vigorously with ice until tin is too cold to hold. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.



4. Non Alcoholic Pear Vanilla Apéritif

This might be our new favorite mocktail. Seriously, it tastes the way a hug feels. On a cold day, our Pear Honey Vanilla Lime Mixly flavor will warm you from the inside out, and it pairs perfectly with Katy Perry’s subtly bubbly, adaptogenic Apéritif, Golden Hour. Pear, yuzu, and lemon balm take the stage in this bubbly mocktail, and it even has notes of ginger, herbs and elderflower. Garnish with some pear slices because who doesn’t want a snack with their drink?

Ingredients:
2oz Mixly Pear Honey Vanilla Lime
3oz De Soi Golden Hour Apéritif
Pear (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
Add Mixly Pear Honey Vanilla Lime and De Soi to a glass with ice. Stir and garnish with pear slices.

 

5. Non Alcoholic Strawberry Pomegranate Spritz

It’s always spritz season, right? An NA take on one of our favorite Mixly recipes, this easy spritz mocktail recipe will transport you to a sunny Mediterranean beach. Our bold and juicy Strawberry Pomegranate mixer is complemented perfectly with a crisp, dry Odd Bird Blanc De Blancs from Germany. The alcohol has been removed, but all those wonderful bubbles and flavor remain with notes of apple, lemon peel, lime and honey. Garnish with strawberry slices or pomegranate seeds if you’re feeling extra fancy!

Strawberry Pomegranate Spritz Mocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
2oz Mixly Strawberry Pomegranate
4oz Odd Bird Blanc De Blancs
Strawberries (optional, for garnish)
Pomegranate seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
Add Mixly Strawberry Pomegranate to a wine glass with ice. Top with about 4oz of Blanc De Blancs. Stir and garnish with a strawberry slices and/or a few tablespoons of pomegranate seeds.

 

Q & A:

Do mocktails taste like alcohol?

While most mocktails are made using alternative spirits meant to mimic the taste and feel of alcohol, it's hard to replicate the taste of alcohol completely. So, while mocktails are just as fun and tasty as alcoholic beverages, they may not completely match their alcoholic counterparts. 

Are these gluten free mocktail recipes?

Yes! Our mixologist crafted all of these easy mocktail recipes so that gluten free mocktail lovers can enjoy them too! That being said, it's always good to check the labels just in case.
